I just watched the Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition for the first time and found it very inspirational. Chris Powell is great, smiling, positive, and a rock for the people he helps. I learned a couple great tips, such as keeping frozen fruits and vegetables on hand for times when the fresh things aren't so fresh in the fridge anymore!
Also I learned the six-day rule for exercise, where doing the same exercise for more than six days begins to not be as effective, which is a mistake I was making. I am now planning a better routine with a mix of exercises. It was great to find out something I was doing wrong in my own never-ending weight loss battle. Thank you for this show!
