Well, I have racked my brains for over two weeks trying to get my GT-S5570 Galaxy mini to connect to my PC via kies on Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I have downloaded the latest version of kies, tried removing and formatting the SD card. Even tried installing Kies on win XP 32 bit platform, to no avail. What bugs me is, originally Kies was connecting and doing the firmware updates on win 7 64 bit, until it did the last one sometime in September or so. After which, it has been no go. What a joke this KIES software has become. I think this is the first and last Samsung phone I will ever buy.
