While some of us have had our hands on the and for some time, people Stateside are only just recently getting the opportunity. If you're mulling over whether or not to pick up one of these two new Windows Phones from Microsoft, we're here to help. The links below are a great place to start. We've taken both phones out for a full review which can hopefully help you in your decision making. But the Windows Central Forums are also well worth a visit as they're full of knowledgeable enthusiasts that can answer any questions you may have.

I will still be getting a flagship phone when it comes but for the time being the 640 is a great phone for its price point. The only issue i have is with the low light pictures but during daylight the pictures it takes matches that of my 925 and it costs wayyyyy less than my 925 did ($530 compared to $130) i also bought a 32gb sd card for about $17 at frys and i am still way under the price of my 925 with more than double the storage space. Rafter Revit Crack Code. Game Emulator V6 0 Aristocrat Pear. I think windows central should really start doing reviews comparing the new phones with the counterparts that they are replacing within the phone company.
Like comparing the 640 with the 925 so that people have a better understanding what they are buying. I was doubtful at first but after a weekend with my 640 i am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and see that Microsoft if heading in the right direction with their phones. All you nay sayers should really try out a product before knocking it. Cudos to Microsoft for the 640. Very torn on my next phone. AT&T's 'next' plans have freed me of any incentive to buy through them, and I want to take the opportunity to get a dual SIM phone.
Hardware-wise the Lumia 640 appears to be the best choice at the $200 price point, it's main competitors being the Moto G which lacks LTE, and the ZenFone 2 which has iffy reviews. I could also spend a little more for the S5 Mini, but no LTE, and a plasticky shell don't make that seem like a waste. The problem is I've been using a 920 for 2 1/2 years, and while as a phone it's by far the best I've ever had, the app gap is driving me nuts. There are multiple apps I use frequently on my work iphone or my nexus tablet that either don't exist or are abandonware on WP8. I have no faith that Windows 10 will change at all, let alone before my next phone needs replacing. My company is also discussing requiring iOS devices, so, the point may be mute by then anyway (C'mon apple, dual sim iphone with a non-shitty keyboard, wireless charging, and a universal back button FTW). If the S6 were waterproof and didn't have touchwiz, or if the Xperia Z3/Z3+ had qi and an updated camera, they'd be slam dunks for me, but with their flaws I don't want to spend extra money on them.
At this point I'm pretty much down to gambling on the 640, or paying for the Z3, and hating my lack of good options. I wish Apple or Microsoft would answer the bell and add the best aspects of flagship android phones, and wish Microsoft hadn't let us down with the app gap that makes Windows phone such a hard choice. I'm still using my 2.5 year old 920. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with it.
